We're passionate about dance

Ignite your Santhosh spirit and Cha-Cha your way to enhanced physical wellbeing, at one of our joy-filled dance classes or bespoke health and fitness retreats. Whether you are dusting off your dancing shoes, or are a regular on the Salsa scene, we provide unique experiences designed to revitalise both body and mind.

From one of our bright London studios, or from one of our idyllic locations abroad, we combine physical exercise with a life-changing freedom of expression. Everyone that walks through our studio doors is encouraged to achieve balance, strength and harmony in all areas of life, with joy and laughter at the very heart of all that we do.
